Themed Areas within the Park
Africa presents the guests with an expedition in an open sided safari vehicle where they get to see many free African animals like giraffes, hippos, lions, elephants and rhinos roaming through large areas of savanna, rivers and rocky hills. In the section named Asia the guests get a chance to see many birds and animals at close quarters in their natural habitat. Also to be experienced here is a raft ride in the turbulent waters of Chakranadi River and a trek on Mount Everest that includes a short adventurous journey through a forbidden area and a ride in a refurbished steam train. Rafki’s Planet Watch is accessible by train only and contains numerous small animals, a zoo and most importantly teaches about conservation efforts. Dino Park is the seventh area in the park taking the guests back to the primeval times and gives them a chance to rescue a dinosaur from a predator. To sum up the themed areas is a wonderful way to enjoy affordable Disney vacation.
